Return & Refund Policy

To ensure a worry-free shopping experience for every customer, we have formulated this policy in strict compliance with the consumer protection laws of Hong Kong and the EU regulatory standards, guaranteeing full transparency and fairness throughout the process.

1. Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted, and we appreciate your understanding.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • General Condition Requirement: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with intact packaging, tags, accessories, and user manuals. Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or modification will be rejected.
  • Quality-Related Issues: If the product arrives damaged, has functional defects, or does not match the description on our website, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue as evidence.
  • Non-Quality-Related Issues: For returns initiated due to personal preferences, incorrect size selection, or changed mind, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. The product must still meet the above intact condition standard to be eligible.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products and intimate pet supplies (e.g., pet collar liners, pet clothing) are non-returnable or exchangeable unless there are proven quality defects.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Application Submission: Contact our customer service team with your order number, detailed reason for return/exchange, and supporting photos/videos of the product condition.
  2. Application Review: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a designated return address and detailed guidelines upon approval.
  3. Product Shipment: Ship the product to the specified address within 7 days of approval and retain the tracking number for future reference.
  4. Inspection & Processing: We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt. For eligible requests, we will process the refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, and the processing time depends on your payment provider’s rules.
